Provide operational support functions to ensure efficient salons’ management through proper strategies, planning, effective methods, execution and control processes. Overseeing HQ Operation support team which consist of Facilitation & Maintenance, Customer Service, Inventory and System Processes.
 

  1. Implement and manage salon operational plans to maximize output
  2. Manage and monitor maintenance of equipment and machines
  3. Ensure regular and periodical maintenance services such as pest control, carpet cleaning etc are carried out as per schedule.
  4. Manage and coordinate for salon opening ( including relocation) needs such as machines allocation, couch allocation, products / stock allocation, application for electricity, telephone etc
  5. Manage and monitor salon licensing (both new application and renewal) documentation and processes
  6. Liaison between salon and Technical Department in issues pertaining to machines repairs or replacement
  7. Update and review work flow / procedures (SOP), as and when required
  8. Manage and control lose items (furniture, machines, etc) collected from outlets.
  9. Monitor and verify petty cash claim from both AS HQ and salons
  10. Monitor and verify utilities bills payment (Electric, water, etc ) requests.
  11. Monitor and verify payment to salon miscellaneous claims and bills, eg. cleaner.
     
    Coordination and Communication
    Work closely with various departments, as below, to facilitate and ensure necessary support are rendered to salons on a timely and efficient manner:
  12. Project – repair and maintenance of fixed asset, fixture and fitting
  13. Finance- periodical salon audits, verification of expenses claims / bills
  14. Logistic & Warehouse – delivery of stocks and or all other lose items
  15. MIS -i-beauty sales processes (both salon and eventing) and system enhancement
  16. People Management -allocating uniform, name tag, accessories for new staff / upon request
     
    Customer Service
  17. Supervise and manage customer service team pertaining to customers’ complaints and enquiry
  18. Meeting with customer if necessary, to ensure complaints and issues raised by customers are resolved in the best manner
  19. Provide customer service support to Sales and Marketing as and when required.
     
    Inventory Control
  20. Ensure physical stock level at salons always tally with the system
  21. Manage and handle stock variances
  22. Conduct salon audit / stock take on half yearly basis.
  23. Regular stock take on all other miscellaneous items that are maintained in warehouse
     
    Procurement and Maintenance of miscellaneous items
  24. Manage and handle the suppliers of miscellaneous items for salons (including staff uniform, name tagand other accessories)
  25. Purchase ofmiscellaneous items and supplies for salons
  26. Monitor and evaluate suppliers’ performance, both goods and services
     
    Strategic Input for salon efficiency
  27. Liaison between the salon level and top management to assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity (eg. attending MMR, providing feedbacks and recommendations for improvement)
  28. Participate in PIC meeting / monthly meeting (SOM) to update and collect feedbacks from CMs.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field experience
  • Preferably has experience in Salon Management, Spa Management, Beauty Clinic Management
  • Computer literate
  • Command and written in English and Thai
  • Able to work independently, prominent leadership skill to pull team mates working together to meet dateline.
  • Strong communication skill within inter-departments to provide solutions and support to both Sales & Marketing.
  • Able to give clear direction to her/his team mate and strong execution as well as follow-up skill
  • Able to travel
