General Project Responsibilities – All Projects


Concept Study & Business Modelling.

Under the direction of Company directors, provide research and input into the following business model areas:

 

  1. Concept Overview
  2. SWOT analysis
  3. Branding Options
  4. Menu of wellness services
  5. Space/Design program
  6. Operational and Guest flow
  7. Staffing and Training Plan
  8. Inventory
  9. Marketing strategy
    1. Positioning
    2. Proposed Target market
    3. Pricing
    4. Sales Channels
    5. Budget
  10. Financial analysis
    1. 5 year Profit and loss
    2. Revenue Assumption

 

Technical Assistance & Pre-opening Services (TAPS)

Under the direction of Company directors, assist with all tasks in the TAPS agreement, such as :

  1. Wellness Inventory – assist client procurement company with preparing inventory brief and specifications
  2. Menu of Services – Assist with putting together a full menu of services, so as to meet the needs of the various target markets and the goals of the project.including all services, packages text and pricing.
  3. Staffing & Recruitment – Assist in finalising the staffing plan including researching local salary data and preparation of all job descriptions
  4. Training - Assist in putting together training requirements and materials for all health and wellness staff
  5. Finance & Administration – Help with the preparation of the pre-opening budget and profit and loss projections for 10 years.
  6. Procedures and Policies – help with preparation of SOPs and procedures for all departments inluding:
    1. Core Process Maps
    2. Presentation Standards and checklists
    3. Hygiene and Maintenance
    4. Routine Procedures e.g. opeining/closing
    5. Service Protocols and communication process
    6. Skills Manual
    7. Quality Control
  7. Marketing & Sales- Help with development of all marketing collateralls and key marketing messages.

 

Project Specific: China

 

  1. Assisting with project related research and presentation preparation
  2. Assisting with communications directly with DSMC (JV partner)
  3. Tracking Project Deliverables and co-ordinating the team to ensure delivery
  4. Client Relationship Support
  5. Project support for sales and marketing
  6. Translation of documents – Chinese to English and English to Chinese

 

 

Master Documentation

  • Gatekeeper of Company’s Master documents such as inventory lists, design briefs, Business Processes and SOP’s
  • Gatekeeper of Company’s Dropbox For Business
  • Gatekeeper of Company’s Work In Progress

 

 

Essential skills and requirements:

 

  1. Graduated in business related degree
  2. Thai Nationality
  3. Must be detail orientated and have ability to multi task
  4. Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast paced environment
  5. Must possess basic maths and financial analysis skills
  6. Enjoy working with people and have a friendly and outgoing personality
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills English, Thai and Chinese
  8. Must be a team player
  9. Must work with diplomacy due to the confidential nature of some of the projects
  10. Must be able to travel to Client Sites and Meetings.
