Position: SPA MANAGERS
 
Location: Vietnam
 
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
 
Ø  Implement innovative revenue and marketing strategies for budget and KPI achievement (capture rate, retail sales, re-booking and upselling)
Ø  Manage, motivate and develop the spa team, conducting regular training sessions
Ø  Establish excellent relationships with guests, providing a high degree of personalized service and creating ‘WOW’ experiences
Ø  Proven track record in goal achievement
Ø  Financial and commercial acumen – ability to dissect financial reports
Ø  Strong leadership skills, a ‘hands-on’ approach and a confident speaker with the capacity to communicate across a variety of levels
Ø  Passionate and motivated self-started
 
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
Ø  A minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role
Ø  Prior spa and hospitality experience preferred
Ø  Bachelor Degree from a recognized institute in hospitality or trade related
Ø  Recognised Massage or Beauty Therapy qualifications
Ø  Is able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
Ø  Spa Manager License or Trade License is mandatory
Ø  Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Spa Software
