Position: Cluster Spa Trainer
Location : SPA Cenvaree at Phuket
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 Years minimum hands on work experience as senior spa trainer in international spa or equivalent and minimum 5 years experience in the industry.
- Good knowledge of various massage techniques including holistic therapies such as Ayurveda and other alternative treatments.
- Must process certifications in massage techniques. Certifications in Traditional Thai Medicine will be a bonus.
- Certification in Spa Manager license will be a bonus.
- Experience in training up selling techniques to drive treatment and retail sales, including re-bookings
- International Certifications such as Cibtac, ITEC or Cidesco will be a bonus.
- Demonstrates good product knowledge in international facial brands and nail care.
- Minimum High School qualifications. University degree is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Position Summary:
- Works under the direction of Group Spa Operations, the Senior Group Spa Trainer oversees training programs for the spa chain.

Responsibilities include:
- Implement training programs for all branches, train and assist spa therapists to achieve high performance in standard service.
- Conduct pre opening set up and pre opening training for Thailand and international branches.
- Coach and Guide spa team to ensure competence and service delivery standards are in compliance with group standards.
- Research and create Signature Therapies for the group.
- Develop treatment recipe and standard operating procedures in service delivery.
Position is based in Phuket, however would require extensive travel and including managing various pre opening assignments in various destinations.
